February Midterm Coding Camp

This one day coding camp is suitable for girls and boys in 2nd to 6th class, kids from all schools welcome. During our camp we will:

• Create a small project in Scratch, a child-friendly coding language designed for kids
• Do some fun coding unplugged STEM activities
• Learn about the BBC Micro:bit and code some small projects on one ourselves

We will have projects for both Beginners and Improvers, so whether your child is a novice or a ninja, there will be lots for them to learn and code at this camp. There will be lots of time to experiment in all three activities, mix with others at the camp and make new friends. There are limited places on this camp to allow for lots of one-to-one attention. We ask that you send a laptop with your child if possible, so they can code along and maybe even continue when they get home.  (We have a limited number of laptops available, so please get in touch BEFORE BOOKING if you don’t have one that you can send with your child.)
